Cheese expert Chef Jaimie Casey of JC Culinary has specially paired world class J. Lohr wines with a wonderful selection of California Cheeses.

This educational seminar includes:

• a guided sensory evaluation and tasting of six wines and six cheeses
• a detailed description of each cheese and the cheese making process
• a demonstration of a recipe using one of the cheeses
• a copy of the demonstrated recipe for each participant to take home

We’re pleased to welcome back Chef Charlie to kick off Wine Festival weekend! He tantalized our taste buds during the 2009 Zinfandel Festival with his delicious assorted hors d’oeuvres for our wine gala in addition to his spectacular cuisine for our wine and food pairing seminar. For something entirely new for J. Lohr, Chef Charlie will present a Polynesian- style roasted pig luau for Wine Festival Friday! This Traditional Hawaiian pig feast will be accompanied by roasted and grilled veggies, Hawaiian rice salad, grilled pineapple as well as music and lots of fun!
