J. Lohr proudly offers two Wine Clubs; the J. Lohr Wine Club and the J. Lohr Vineyards Select Wine Club. Both focus on quality and education, similar to the attention given to our vineyards and exceptional winemaking. Members join a select group of wine enthusiasts who enjoy and appreciate quality wines, and experience hands-on events in the vineyards and J. Lohr Wine Centers.

J. Lohr Wine Club Advantages

• No fee for sign-up.
• Selections include J. Lohr Vineyard Series, J. Lohr Estates and Cypress Vineyards wines.
• Quarterly shipments of six bottles (6) per shipment.
• $85-$120 for both California and out of state shipments. (Includes tax & shipping. For list, see our shipping policy).
• All wines included in shipments are discounted 25%.
• Invitations to wine club member only events.
• Members receive a quarterly newsletter featuring wine notes, recipes, new release information, an event calendar, plus a monthly postcard.
• Monthly e-mails regarding events, new releases, and wine club shipment information.

  • 30% discount on all shipment wines the
    first 30 days following each quarterly shipment.

• Pick up: Members have the option of picking up two (2) bottles per month, rather than receiving quarterly shipments, in order to avoid shipping and handling fees. These wines can be picked up at either the J. Lohr San Jose Wine Center or J. Lohr Paso Robles Wine Center. To sign-up for this service, enter either J. Lohr's Vineyards Select Wine Club offers a collection of wines that are characteristic to our diversity of flavors, frequently exclusive to our Wine Centers, and often difficult to find in the marketplace. The selected wines offer members an opportunity to taste unique wines representative of J. Lohr's awareness of quality, consistent and progressive winemaking.

Vineyards Select Club Pick Up Party
               
Treat yourself to a special evening in the company of other Vineyards Select members. Come in to pick up your spring shipment and taste a preview of select shipment wines along with other special vintages and delicious hors d’oeuvres. Offered in both our J. Lohr San Jose and J. Lohr Paso Robles Wine Centers, this is a complimentary event for wine club members and reservations are required.
If we ship your wine to you, please RSVP no later than April 30 in order for us to hold your wine for pick up. Otherwise, it will ship May 13.

Exclusive Grape-to-Glass Tours
Members are invited to enjoy a personal tour of the Paso Robles vineyards and winery. Includes barrel wine tasting, tasting of current release wines, and a complimentary logo glass. Reservations are required and tours are conducted during weekdays only.

Gilroy/Hecker Pass Wineries

This year’s wine club bus trip will include a trip to the wineries of historic Gilroy! Visits include Clos LaChance Winery, where we‘ll savor the spectacular view while being treated to a private tasting of Clos LaChance wines, Sycamore Creek Vineyards, where owner and winemaker Ted Medeiros will taste us through his delicious wine portfolio in his cellar, and Sarah’s Vineyard, where owner Tim Slater will present his wines amidst the backdrop of his beautiful property. We‘ll enjoy wood-fired pizzas for lunch here. And afterwards, you‘ll be able to relax on the deck, or enjoy a game of bocce ball! Our final visit will be to the Fortino Winery & Event Center, voted Best Winery/Wine Tasting Room in Gilroy by the 2009 “Best of the Gilroy Dispatch.”

We’ll travel Paso style to visit the marvelous wineries of Paso Robles! Visits include Visits include Ancient Peaks Winery and Pozo Valley in historic Santa Margarita, with a sit-down lunch at The Range. We’ll also visit Happy Acres Family Farm – a working goat dairy where we’ll make our own cheese! We’ll finish up the tour at RN Estate Vineyard & Winery which specializes in red Rhône and Bordeaux varietals.
